What's the difference between a VPN and private DNS?
A VPN encrypts all of your internet traffic and replaces your public IP address with our secure server's. Private DNS encrypts just your domain lookups and blocks known trackers without altering your IP or connection speed. We offer both so you can choose the right balance. Read the full comparison.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic (R69/mo) is our Private DNS service. It filters trackers and ads on unlimited personal devices or your router with zero latency penalty. Premium (R119/mo) provides full-tunnel WireGuard VPN encryption for up to 3 active devices, protecting your traffic on untrusted networks with private DNS built right in.
Do you keep logs of my activity?
No. We operate a strict zero-logs architecture. We do not monitor, log, or store your browsing traffic, destination websites, DNS queries, or session timestamps. We only store your portal email address to manage your subscription.
How many devices can I use it on?
Basic Private DNS can be installed on as many personal devices as you like, or directly on your home Wi-Fi router. Premium VPN includes up to 3 simultaneous active device connections using official WireGuard profiles.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel with one click inside your client portal at any time.
Will a VPN slow down my connection?
A VPN adds encryption overhead, but because our servers are hosted locally in South Africa using modern WireGuard protocols, the difference is negligible for regular browsing and streaming on a stable line.
Is using a VPN legal in South Africa?
Yes. Using a VPN is completely legal in South Africa. Anything that is illegal without a VPN remains illegal with one.
