We'd rather explain how something works than ask you to just trust a badge.
We don't record your browsing activity, and we never sell your data — written in plain language, not buried in a policy.
Your traffic runs through WireGuard, a modern encryption protocol built for speed and security — the same one used by major VPN providers, and openly reviewed by the security community rather than kept secret.
Anchored Privacy is a young, independently-run business. We don't have a published third-party audit yet — when we do, it'll be linked here. Until then, our no-logs policy is a commitment we stand behind, not a claim we're asking you to take on faith.
Our VPN runs on WireGuard, which uses modern, well-vetted cryptography: ChaCha20 for encrypting your traffic, Curve25519 for exchanging keys securely, and BLAKE2s for integrity checks. These are the same cryptographic building blocks trusted across the security industry — we didn't invent our own encryption, because in security, "custom" is rarely a compliment.
Access to our servers is restricted to the people who need it to keep the service running. We collect the minimum operational data required to keep the network healthy, and that data is never tied back to your individual browsing activity.
If you believe you've found a security issue in our service, please tell us before disclosing it publicly, so we have a chance to fix it. Contact security@anchoredprivacy.co.za — we take every report seriously and will respond promptly.
